Orginal account access

So my orginial account is Kimi Amore and I would love to be able to get into that account instead of having to start over new with this one. Ive sent emails but havent heard anything back what is it that I need to do this has been a little harder this time round. I can prove with picture and date etc im the owner of the orginal Kimi Amore acccount.
