I purchased 14 days package but it still does not go through. And ccbill charged me 9 times ($180). Can someone help me with this please? Tks

Wow please contact websupport@eccie.net asap and forward those receipts in separate emails. That's extremely odd and the only way that's happened in the past is when members forgot to include their user name or have multiple accounts and purchased it for one account but forgot they had 2.
Thanks for responding Mojojo. What happened is I entered my credit card and submitted but my bank denied and sent me a text message. I lift the block and the transaction went through. The thing is I don't understand why I was charged 9 times. I already emailed websupport with my handle but I did not receive any receipts yet. This is my only account btw
