It was less than a week since I started the cocktail, so the jury is still out at this point...

Ya. I don’t feel like I notice a big difference. I have had a few “wow, that was a big load. How long has it been?” (One day) comments recently, but that happened before the cocktail, too. Not sure it’s made enough of a difference to keep the routine up, but I’ll finish the bottles I have.
