How long does it take for a review to post?

I posted this review last week for Dallas Bella: http://eccie.net/showthread.php?t=1882639

It apparently passed through moderation, but does not appear on the provider's review section.

Did I do something wrong?

For some reason it was not showing up in the queue, it has now been added.

Weird...still show up on Bella's reviews.
