IOP gone a little too far?

I was listening to Debi Diamond's blog radio show and she had Sunset Thomas on, they discussed this lawsuit:

Sounded like Sunset was so good at IOP that the guy went a bit overboard, to the point of suing her! Ladies, can you share any experiences to top this one?

Lots of promises can be made in the heat of passion, lol.
Wonder how much he'll reduce the suit amount if she says "Sorry".
And if she says "Fuck you, asshole, I am not sorry!" A week later will he sue her again? Ha!
