A retreat always involves leaving a last line of defense, which is then picked up under heavy military air cover. Pulling a zillion refuges at last minute caused the issue.

All three Generals said they advised Biden to leave at least 2500 troops. It was on live television for those who attack sources. But those same people don’t believe their own eyes and ears. So what’s the use.

The botched and embarrassingly incompetent withdrawal from Afghanistan had nothing to do with past Administrations or things that happened “from 20 years ago,” (other than we should not have been in the Middle East in the first place!). The horrible “withdrawal” was caused, in particular, because the Military was taken out before American citizens and $85 Billion worth of the highest-grade Military equipment anywhere in the world. This withdrawal was developed by a child’s mind, and only the Biden Administration is responsible for it. When I left office, the Taliban was held at bay, we had as long as we wanted, there was no reason to rush, no soldiers were killed or even shot at for over 18 months, and if they didn’t meet certain conditions, we would have hit them very hard. But then Biden and Milley removed the Military in one of the dumbest Military moves in history, and it all began. So sad for our Nation!

Add to that, General Milley "reluctantly" ( but did to his credit ) admitted that Biden has done damage, his word, came right out of his mouth, to the U.S.'s "credibility" with our allies.
That was a very short road from bringing our allies together to celebrate the removal of Trump, to our allies telling the world that this President, Joe Biden, has no credibility with them.
But hey, I'm guessing 9 out of 10 Democrats that voted for Biden, don't care that he lied because when Biden and Democrats do it, it's a "necessary evil". When Trump and Republicans lie ( and they do ) it's the end of democracy as we know it.
So now you guys have your very own congenital liar in the White House. Congrats.
