Cash Gift Card

Let just say I plan to take up SB in near future. Anyone know how to get a gift card that can be cashed out? is there something called Visa/MasterCard Gift Card? I went to HEB today and I see all kinds of Gift card (Target, Macy etc). So I asked the bank inside HEB and they can sell me Prepaid Visa card but they need all kinds of information including SSN # and address. So it cannot to given away to someone. I have not visited Walmart. Any guidance would be appreciated. As you guys know, I am looking for anonymity. If the card allows me to deposit more funds it would be perfect.
