I promised a provider that I would review her but I'm not sure how to do it. Do I just copy and paste the template and change what I need? How do I leave the part for the rest of the story? I don't have access now so I can't read others.

NEVER COPY AND PASTE FROM ANOTHER REVIEW!!!!
Go to the appropriate review forum - either independent, agency or spa. Use the big blue NEW REVIEW button
in the review forum to start the review.
Fill in all fields including the Rest of the Story (ROS). Submit.
