I'll bet you actually forgot where you read that and that you can't find where you think you read that, too. Meanwhile, it's interesting how the U.N. wants to criminalize the discussion of illegal immigration.

However - I cannot verify the statement that "UN wants to criminalize discussion of illegal immigration." Those countries over-run by illegal immigrants - Italy, Hungary, and others have had enough and refuse to cooperate with the UN vision of unfettered migration anywhere the migrants want to go.
On the other hand - if the UN criminalizes discussion of that topic- they cannot very well continue to debate without criminalizing themselves. Perhaps they should do so - despite the fact that the UN cannot prosecute individuals - only the ICC can do that.
