How do I block someone

I have a member who is being quit rude and annoying how do I block him and let other providers know about his behavior?

Find his profile...

Click on it, click "View Public Profile", click on "User Lists", click on "Add to Ignore Lists"...

When you see the question, "Are you sure you want to add ______ to your ignore list?", click "Yes"
