My profile

Hey guys. I'm not new to the site and have a current profile under eyze15. I've had it for a while but stopped logging in and forgot my password. I tried resetting it but it wouldn't let me and it was declining my email. I didn't know what else to do except make another profile. I just want the Providers to know who I am because I'm not a newbie. Let me know what your suggestions are. Thanks
