My name is skittles and I'm a member but I'm trying become a certified provider i have clients who have seen me and know I'm legit so what else do i need so i can post regular ads.......
I'm getting getting response and and mail but I'm restricted on other things.

2. referral from another provider or hobbyist
3. links to reviews from recognized members (any site)

Any combination of the above requirements which will sufficiently establish you as a legit provider will be accepted.
