Can any give help on p411

I am a long time member of p 411 and all of a sudden my password doesn't work I have tried going to support but they say wrong email account heck it's been so Long since I joined I don't know what my email account was when I joined. I could join again bot then I would lose my over80 okays.if any one has got a contact number for them or Gina please help me.....Jim
