provider had a medical emergency

So I have become good friends with a provider to the point she waited at my house in Texas heat for for hours yesterday when I came home she was hanging chest pains and is alive in ICU now but how do I let her family know what's up?

Stay out of it. Let the hospital contact her family.

Not sure "provider" and "friends" go in the same sentence; regardless, I myself would not have asked for advice. Just do whatever you think is right.

If she was a friend, you'd know how to contact her family.
