Republican Larry Elder threatens to take legal action after disqualification from Calif. gubernatorial recall election

Prominent conservative radio talk show host Larry Elder has considered taking legal action after he was excluded from California’s gubernatorial recall election. Over the weekend, the state released a list of 41 candidates who qualified for the race. The list did not include Elder.
The Republican said he received a letter from California’s secretary of state, which said he did not qualify because of “incomplete redacted and unredacted income tax returns”. In a tweet on Sunday, Elder said his campaign submitted over 200 pages of tax returns and met all requirements to be a candidate.
Elder went on to say he may file a lawsuit if the secretary of state doesn’t reverse her decision.

Comment - and why did Mr. elder have his candidacy rejected - it could NOT be because of his conservative status - So - It must be due to the color of his skin.
Mr. Elder is an African American man - and as such is discriminated against by the State of kalifornia due to his Race.
The State of kalifornia is behaving in a Racist fashion against a Black man - typical of the Plantation politics of teh fascist DPST party.
