Wurde die Baybrook Mall nicht vor einigen Jahren erweitert und umgebaut? Es wurden ein paar gehobene Restaurants und eine Rasenfläche hinzugefügt, um das nachzuahmen, was sie mit First Colony in Sugar Land gemacht haben
