Tiled fireplace in backpage photos - ???

I usually can figure out things like this with a little research, but lately I've been seeing several postings on backpage where various gals are posing in front of a tiled fire place - see link above (may need to be copied and pasted, link feature wouldn't work on my phone). So, is there a photographer or a manager who uses his fire places as the backdrop for all these photo sessions or are they all taken at the same hotel somewhere in Dallas? I'll try to post more examples when I see them, but would like to solve this mystery.

There's an informative thread on Horndogs where the various fireplace girls are identified as all being with a bad pimp who has pulled weapons on clients and who will call minutes into the session once money has been stashed.

NOT ALL the girls who stay in that location are bad. But be wary nonetheless.

Yet another example, but I think I've figured out what's going on with the fireplace photos. Seems to be the same hourly/daily location, used be various unrelated people.
