Making My Way To The Mile High City 3/21- 3/28

I will be making my way to Denver for the week of 3/21- 3/28 and looking to have lots of fun..
I came around this time last year for a short stay and I didn't really get to enjoy myself...

THIS time, I would like to get out and explore.. especially the food.. What are some good places to eat?
I haven't fully decided on the area I'm staying in, but it's a toss up between the Downtown area and DIA.

I'm sure things may have changed in a year, so some intel on hotels in those areas would be nice too. You can just PM me with that info.

I've been reading about this place called Beast+Bottle is supposed to be really good.
Ultreia is looking like a vibe also and Bang Up To The Elephant (I try to get a taste of Caribbean wherever I go). I've put those 3 on my TDL.

Thanks ladies for the great recommendations. I am making my trip next week and really looking forward to it. I've been on a Caribbean kick as well, don't know how you ladies knew, but I love Jerk Chicken.
