Premium Status

I recently attempted unsuccessfully to purchase Premium Status. For reasons of discretion I tried to use a Visa "Gift Card" and was promptly denied by CCBill. I attempted this on the suggestion of a member. So how can I purchase Premium Access without using my regular credit? I don't think the system is set up to use money orders.
