On a short notice trip to Kiev. Having trouble making arrangements. All the girls that claim to speak English don't. Also want to correspond either Viber or WhatsApp and all I have is a crappy SMS phone.
Tried most of the agencies as well as BP advertisements.
Would appreciate any help. Would hate to be in Kiev and not get to spend time with a young lady. Feel free to PM with advice.
