I can't send PMs...i keep getting a message that I have reached my limit...even though I have deleted quite. Afew and have very few left. Also I lost my BCD...

Your mailbox is expanded when you earn Premium Access. When you lose Premium Access, your mailbox is reduced to its original (very small) size.

The quickest way to fix it would be to write a review that gets approved. Or you can follow the link in my signature to purchase Premium Access.
