friend having trouble registering

I referred a friend who is a provider to register and its not letting her register it keeps just redirecting her back to the registration form. whats she doing wrong. she has tried with a gmail and yahoo as her email and the username says its available

It's difficult to say for sure, have her email the admins at websupport@eccie.net and they will assist her. Don't use yahoo though it bounces emails from Eccie.net...use gmail instead.
