But seriously, anyone familiar with the James Motel - Conway?

Is it a real dive, or just a cheap, no-tel motel that will work for what you need it for?

I ask because the UTR women I am hooking up with suggested it as it is fairly convenient. We are looking for something cheap and discrete nearby

Can we go there without worry, be safe, do our thing and leave ?

I been there several times, in the past it was an unbelievable dump but they seemed to have put some money in it and now its just a dump. hookers work out of there. if a utr suggested it I would go there. but I wouldn't take any reasonably respectable women there. seriously, the motel 6's everywhere with the possible exception of crafton are sooo much better.
