Pop Up and Ads

I have been getting pop-ups on every click for the last two weeks on every click that I make on this site. The weird thing is it only in happens in the mornings through the evenings and nothing at night. Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me? I have tried different browsers and have pop-up blocker running but I still get a pop-up or ad on every click.

Anyone know what is going on?
