Feels like deja vu all over again

We have massive, historic flooding going on in Louisiana (remember where Katrina mostly occurred) and where is the president? Why he's on vacation at Martha's Vineyard and playing golf. In fact, unlike some other presidents Obama has not even had a press conference or a fly over of the area. No, good old Barry is completely out to lunch and out of the loop. We don't see any lines of trailers heading to the area where thousands are now homeless. In fact, the news coming out of Louisiana is pretty sparse considing the cost to the population.
