Previous account!

If i had a previous account and i tried to message the email nebraska@eccie.net and they said they couldn't find my old account, although i found it very easily and it just says that the account is disabled... how do i bring it to their attention and get the to reactivate it for me and have my user name changed over to my new provider name ?

yes i do! i even sent it to the Nebraska moderators email when I sent them another email about my account !
