Magnolia downtown Dallas

I’ll be staying here for a couple nights this coming week and was wondering if
1. It’s a decent hotel to entertain
2. Any close bars or nice restaurants to go to?

Yes I use to live in the area but never stayed downtown. Any help will do.

Nice enough hotel. Should be fine for entertaining. Lively lobby so nothing much draws attention. Nice restaurant nearby, CBD Provisions, at the Joule. Half a block away, basically. Can’t speak to any bars.
