email from St Christopher??

I recvd an email saying that i had a pm on here that was entitled "Account Downgraded". There was no pm in my inbox. Does anyone know what this could be?

What is meant by "downgraded"? What changes does that make when using the site? If one has a paid long term membership or a paid lifetime membership...how will that affect a "downgrade" if any? Just curious and would be interested in knowing more about this. I've not heard of being downgraded if you don't check in within 90 days before.

That is only applicable to verified providers, PA members are not affected.
