Jack Lalaine Passes at 96

Considered by many to be the father of modern gyms and live healthy movements, Jack Lalannie dies yesterday at the age of 96. Many of the machines you see in gyms were created by him.

I had the good fortune of meeting him about 40 years ago. A truly wonderfull man, very humble. Health was his life. The world is a poorer place without him.

God Bless Jack
While his passing is sad, his legacy is growing as this country is finally beginning to take notice of what he preached and lived for so long. May our kids and grandkids be healthier because of what he started!
I've respected the man beyond words my whole life.
His health ethics, his juice makers and crazy personality
He influenced and motivated me in many ways....

Jack - I hope you are now pumping iron in the gold gym of the sky.
I'm sure the girls up there are glad to see you :-)
