posting links

Can someone tell me how to post links? Yes I don't know how to copy, paste yadda yadda yadda and yes I need step by step.

You need to go to the link that you are trying to post and place your cursor up in the menu bar and click once...it should highlight. Right click and hit copy. Then go to the site where you are trying to post it to, click your cursor on the spot that you would like to post to, right click and click paste.
