Umm.... actual whistleblowers are men and women with the stones to take a stand and back up their allegations with an actual identity. Because they are telling the Truth, they don't hide behind being 'the 2nd agent' or any other nonsense. I suspect these agents (1) assume nothing will be done, so (2) have no desire to sacrifice their careers in a hopeless cause.

That happened under Cheney, and is happening now. It happened a lot I. The past few years in DOJ.
