Dallas provider visiting Denver--good eats, sites, & areas?

Hi everyone!

I'm a Dallas provider and plan to visit Denver for the first time the week of May 6th.
(not sure how popular Denver is on eccie. Dallas is pretty explosive!)

What are the best Upscale areas of Denver for a provider touring?
Good eat recommendations?
Anything there in town a must see?
