Follow these simple steps.

3) You should appear in the photo alone with NO nudity below the waist.
4) Tell me what type of music you like best. The choices are: Electronica, Classical, Jazz, Latin, Gospel, Pop, Country or Instrumental
5) In your email, sign your stage name and tell me you are 21 years old or older. Sorry you must be 21 or over.
6) I'll send you the FINAL product.
7) You agree to have the video posted on The Erotic Preview. You can
personally post it wherever else you want it to appear.
8) It’s FREE until August 31, 2010
