I hope I am wrong but I see Alabama 28-17

Roll Tide! 24-10. I think Texas will have trouble running the football and, the Bama defense will shut down Jordan Shipley. South Lake Carroll's own Greg McElroy remains undefeated. They just faced a spread offense close to Texas in Florida, and held them to 13 points. The big difference being Florida is more balanced than Texas. Without the balance of a decent running game there is no chance for Texas to win.

Even though I have no real stake in this game, other than being a big college football fan, I have to agree that Alabama easily handles Texas 35-10.

I'd love to see Texas pull it off, but I think Bama's just got the better team this year. I say Tide - 28-17

I'll be the first to predict the upset. I see a hard fought game where neither team gets it going in the first half and a defensive, field position battle.

In the second half the bounces happen to go Texas' way and they get a few turn overs to turn into points.

Disagree...Texas plays with a HUGE Heart, and always plays with the level of comepition, good or bad, that is how it flows....As for the Big 12 Championship, Nebraska is FREAKING GOOD! Alabama can only pray for a defense like that. Did you see what Nebraska did to a good Arizona Team?

I think Bama rolls over UT. The refs took the game from Nebr in the Big 12 Championship and Nebr. defense crushed UT and Mccoy. Their offensive line is weak. Bama's defense is as good as Nebr. and should handle UT. I witnessed both the Big 12 championship and Nebr crushing Arizona in the Holiday bowl. Nebr. QB had a partially torn tendon in his throwing arm and had surgery after season and running back from Plano, Burkhead had a broken foot and missed 5 games. Thats why Nebr lost a few games mid-season, 4 loses by a total of 6 points.

Being the underdog in the game is an advantage for Texas. If you don't play there ass off they will get whipped. Texas has linebackers that can take down Alabama's running back and they will be hitting him on every play.

I would be more than happy to see the ex-LSU coach get dumped!

Nebraska lost by a total of 6 points in all 4 losses, and they got better as the year went on, they peaked at the end, next year Nebraska will be scary....Alabama barely beat Tenn, Auburn, Ark if I remeber correctly, we will see. The Texas "D" only allowed 106 TOTAL yards to Nebraska, which is why we won, not because of the refs.
Alabama better watch out, or they will only gain 107 yards TOTAL and lose....
