Any Real Chips in Dallas?

I feel the need for some real chips. Not fries, real chips. The kind that are cut from real potatoes. The kind you get at a chip wagon and they let you add salt half way through filling the container. The oil is fresh enough that the chips are golden, not greasy brown.

Irish Rover in Frisco used to be pretty good up until a couple of years ago. Since then, I haven't found any real chips in DFW.

Any secret places?
