Saw on Facebook that Jags in Odessa is topless again? Can anyone confirm that the boy shorts and keeping everything covered bullshit is over? I sure have found more fun ways to spend my money lately, but I do miss heading out to the strip club. Also does this apply for ricks too?

So how are these places these days? I drove by on Hwy80 and saw Ricks was open for lunch on a weekday and there were more than ten cars/trucks in the lot. Anyone try these places in the afternoons? is it worth a cover charge to even stop in for a beer?
