Velvet curtain

I have been to the Velvet Curtain a handful of times, and always had a great time, but it has always been on a Friday or Saturday night. Has anyone ever been there on Wednesday? What is the crowd like? I was thinking about heading out there one of these days, but it is quite a ways from where I live, and would hate to waste my time and gas if it's not worth it.

i've only been there on wed a couple of times last fall.
very small crowd, like 10-12 people. my date and i didnt get into much action either time.
