My first time in Albuquerque...?

I'm in West Texas at the moment and have been thinking that Albuquerque really isn't too far away....I'd love to visit this week and welcome PMs from anyone who has recommendations for someone new to town. Is now a good time to visit? Thanks!

Yes, ABQ is the place to visit. If this is your first time. I've had visited before but not hobby related. I love the city and it's easy to get around. Santa Fe is not too far to make a day trip.
