no PM recieved ???

there's a gentleman trying to send me a PM and for some reason I am NOT receiving them. he has even taken a picture and emailed it to me that you did then a message from anyone tell me why I'm not receiving anything. by the way my mailbox is not full I have cleared out all messages the other day so I don't understand
