Those are custom user titles that the system gives based on how many posts you have

System titles

Gaining momentum- No pa access and very few post counts

Valued poster- No pa access but has a history of posts above a certain count

Premium access- means you have pa access to private areas

If you have pa access [premium access] you can go into your
control panel and create a "Custom title"
