I really don't think you will find much along these lines, as the culture is quite different in Italy, France and the other romance countries, imho. There seems to be enough available during the normal course of business that make such sites not needed.

I would be very leery of escort sites as they tend to be dominated by organized crime and are generally very expensive.

Assuming you are American, you should not have much trouble on the open market, ie during your normal activities in meeting available young ladies in bars, restaurants or simply on the street. You see something you like, simply approach and offer a cup of coffee and take it from there.
