"Verified Provider" status and message

Just noticing that my account only says "Verified" when all others seem to say "Verified Provider" or some cute little quote or slogan. Where does one update that message or who does one contact for that to be changed?

Under the Main Menu, on the left of the screen, click on User CP.
Then under the Your Control Panel, click on Edit Your Details.
You should see and area that says Custom User Title.
Input what you want and then scroll to the bottom and click on Save Changes.
