Need a Restaurant Recomendation

I'm going to take one of my "friends" to lunch tomorrow somewhere around down town. We have been discussing this fantasy where she'll be in a skirt with no panties and I will finger her under the table at the restaurant. I'm not in down town often enough to know a good restaurant with enough privacy for this sort of thing. I am open to any and all suggestions.
