I think it matters but in different ways depending on what kind of time someone wants to have. The idea of IOP or acting to create a mood is often enough for a great session whatever reason the provider is there.

When you do find someone who gets off getting you off it for sure makes everything sweeter. I have wondered that myself many times. I would much rather visit a lady that will use my donation towards life saving medication, diapers & formula or utility bills over one that will use it as a lay-a-way payment on a Hermes Birkin.
