If you just type in Firefox addons and search for "ant downloader" you'll find it. It doesn't ALWAYS work, but 8/10 I am able to rip the movie/clip/or whatever I want pretty easily.

1st use FireFox get the addon called DownloadHelper which adds a button to your tool bar.
2nd try youporn.com xhamster.com redtube.com and any other video streaming site.
3rd get VLC video viewer

once you have all this in place, start streaming the movie, the Downloadhelper button will animate (3 colored balls will move) click on it, click save file, pick a place to save it and then you can use the back button to move onto the next movie you want to stream.

VLC will play the .FLV movie format as well as all others.. its free.

I have downloaded full length movies from these sites as well as short clips as well.

I haven't downloaded porn in years... just watch it from one of the hundreds of "tube" sites. I seen most of those listed above, but the site with the most content I've seen is probably xnxx, but the organization leaves something to be desired.
The downloader that I like to use is tubehunter ultra, it is free, works on all embedded videos, but the biggest drawback I've found is that it will try to download everything on the page (like all the bs video ads on the side of the page).
