Ladies & Gentlemens code of conduct?

When reading reviews of massage providers and the recommendation says "NO" even though the reviewer was polite and complimentary of the provider I'd it ok to question what made the reviewer say no?
There is a particular guy in the habit of making a nuisance of himself over the massage appointments he's wanting, to the extent I've had to block his number. He only calls after 11pm when ive clearly stated im not available after 10, hes sent porn to my phone, he leaves vulgar messages and I told him months ago to stop calling. I'm still able to view the times he's called and his messages even though I don't respond to them any more. If it's found out he's a member of the ECCIE page could his membership be terminated for harassment? .
Sorry the two questions were unrelated but I didn't want to have to search for them if this wasn't the right forum.
Your first question has more than one answer.

Providers are not allowed to post on review threads and should you do so questioning the reviewers reasoning for his recommendation will cause your post to be removed.

Secondly, there is a part of each review that is private and only accessible to those male members with Premium Access (PA). Revealing private information to a provider or member without PA is a violation of the guidelines (#20 - Revealing ANY content which was posted in one of the men's or women's private sections of the board will result in penalty, up to and including loss of your access to these areas.)

I recommend you read and familiarize yourself with the Forum Guidelines. A link can be found in my signature line below.

Based on what you have shared thus far, it seems this person who is contacting you is doing so via methods other than private messages, meaning his communication with you is "off board" and we as moderators have no responsibility or authority to deal with such behavior. If this person is using private messages to contact you, please click on the RTM (Report to Moderator) icon (the white triangle with the red border) and we will get involved. In addition, respond to the private message indicating you wish to receive no further messages from this person and if you hear from him again, RTM the message and we will take it from there.

You should take note of the guideline that relates to private forms of communication between members: #9 - No form of private communications between members are to be posted in our forums. This includes the contents of emails, PMs, IMs, private chat logs, privately shared images, etc. This is an invasion of another's privacy and will not be allowed.

I hope this answers your questions.
