Somebody punked a TV news station and got them to broadcast phony names for the Korean pilots of the Asiana plane that crashed in San Francisco.

I thought Won Hung Lo was piloting that flight.

It appears the major news organizations don't vet their sources or stories anymore. They wait for bloggers and such on the internets to research and verify them. The Federal govt is worse. They apparently spend tens of billions on technology to be able to eavesdrop on US citizen's but CNN beat them to the US Libyan Embassy and the Boston bombers escaped them because of a typo.
