Providers, I need help navigating TER, please.

If any providers avidly use TER, please let me know if you could help me learn how to navigate it.

I think you need to be more specific in how you're having problems getting around their site if you want help.

Also, they are usually good at getting back to people who contact them for help. I'd just click on the Help icon & email them your questions.

I have been trying to use that site for about 2 years now and I can never get it right...i am wondering if I bought the VIP membership would it do any good...

I've emailed them in the past... they send me to the FAQ.. it doesn't help.

I see people talking about whitelist this, and whitelist that, but I have no idea what that is or where it is. I guess the advertising part is in "My Sites" and you choose which area you're in; however, Oklahoma is not on TER, but that's ok, because I was told I need it if I'm going to tour to certain areas.

I tried (and failed, but got close) to help a friend set up advertizing there during one of our photo shoots. I'm not in IT, but consider myself pretty computer literate, and their interface and procedures are very, very confusing to me. It seems to me that a little more hand holding to help ladies join would be in their best interest.

I completely agree. There's no true search feature to take you anywhere. They expect you to read through tiered threads of info for various places to get your answer - even on the FAQ.

I guess I should ask the guy who told me I needed it if I wanna tour there... maybe he can tell me more lol
