Is there a way to navigate this question? I've failed both times by saying yes and no and giving signals that I want extra's. The masseuses were dressed sexy so I'm not sure whats going on.

It is my opinion that the offer of more time is the clear signal that you're getting no specialized treatment. Cut your losses and decline.
