The pictures are all consistent meaning they all look like the same person so that's good. The wording of the ad doesn't contain any real big red flags that I can see. Height and weight: 5'1" to 5'3" and 141 lb. I'm not sure why someone would be so exactly specific about their weight down to the single pound? She looks a lot taller than 5 foot 1 to 5 foot 3 but pictures can be misleading that way. Google the phone number and see what you get. Also reach out to her asking for a website and or review links.
STG is always a risk. However, scammers and LE don't tend to exclude potential targets; and, she does include this line: "NO AA"
